These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiOS, an app operated by Singh & Singh Hedge LLC ("aiOS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using aiOS, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

aiOS lets you consult multiple third-party AI systems at once (currently including OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, and xAI's Grok, plus aiOS's own free assistant, Jarvis) and view their answers individually or as a synthesized consensus. aiOS is currently invite-only and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Registration currently requires an invite code. We may limit the number of accounts or revoke invite codes at our discretion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent purchases.

Tokens and Payment

• aiOS uses a virtual currency ("Any Tokens") to pay for queries to premium AI board members. Jarvis is free; ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok consume tokens per query. New accounts receive a starting token grant plus a recurring renewal amount, subject to change.
• Tokens are purchased on the aiOS website (app.aios.company) and paid by card through Stripe. The aiOS iOS app does not sell tokens or offer in-app purchases. Tokens are never sold or obtainable through any crypto exchange or external marketplace.
• Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or by Apple's or Google's own refund policies for purchases made through their platforms.

AI-Generated Content

• Responses come from third-party AI providers and aiOS's own consensus logic. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong.
• aiOS's boardroom, including any market or prediction-style queries, is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Past accuracy of any AI board member or consensus does not guarantee future accuracy. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on aiOS's output.
• Do not rely on aiOS as the sole basis for any decision with financial, legal, medical, or safety consequences.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit content that is illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share; attempt to bypass aiOS's content-safety screening; abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; or use aiOS to violate the terms of any underlying AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI).

Disclaimer of Warranties

aiOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singh & Singh Hedge LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of aiOS. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid aiOS in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as aiOS changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of aiOS after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
