Privacy Policy

aiOS ("aiOS", "we", "us") is a multi-AI consultation app operated by Singh & Singh Hedge LLC, 14300 Cherry Lane Ct. #201, Laurel, MD 20707, USA, which is responsible for your information. This policy explains what information aiOS collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address and password you register with. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text.
• Your questions and content: the text you type or speak, and any photos or files you attach, so they can be sent to the AI board members you select and answered.
• Voice audio: when you use voice input, your speech is converted to text (on-device on iOS, or via a transcription service on web) so it can be submitted as a query. We do not retain audio recordings after transcription.
• Query and response history: your questions and the AI board members' responses are stored in your account history and used to track token usage and, for prediction-style queries, to later check the AI board's answers against real outcomes.
• Usage and billing data: token balance, purchase history, and feature usage (e.g. custom assistant name).
• Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. aiOS does not receive or store your card number.

Device Permissions

• Microphone & Speech Recognition: used only when you choose to speak a question instead of typing it.
• Camera & Photo Library: used only when you choose to attach a photo to a question.
• Location: aiOS does not use your location. This permission is requested by a bundled file-picker component and is not read or used by the app.

How We Use Information

• To route your questions to the AI board members you select and return their answers.
• To screen submitted content for safety before it is sent to any AI provider.
• To manage your account, token balance, and purchases.
• To provide in-app customer support.
• To operate the free live-search feature and, for prediction-style queries, to score the accuracy of AI answers over time.

Third Parties We Share Data With

To generate answers, aiOS sends your query (and any attachment) to the AI board members you select. Depending on which you choose, this may include:

• Anthropic (Claude)
• OpenAI (ChatGPT, voice transcription, and content-safety screening)
• Google (Gemini)
• xAI (Grok)
• Groq (Jarvis answers, the combined consensus answer, transcription, and the in-app support assistant)
• Tavily (live web search results used to answer current-events questions)

Purchases are processed by Stripe, Apple, or Google. Each of these providers handles data you send to them under its own privacy policy. aiOS does not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

Account information and query history are retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time directly in the app, from Dashboard → Account → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, credentials, token balance, and conversation/query history. Records of completed payments are retained in a form no longer tied to your identity, for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, as most payment processors require. If you'd rather not delete it yourself, you can email [email protected] and we'll delete it for you.

Children's Privacy

aiOS is invite-only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text, and account sessions use signed authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as aiOS changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
